Should we wear mufti clothes at PBS?

If you play rugby and you not got your rugby shorts then  you can wear your mufti clothes. I think we should wear mufti clothes because if you play sports then it is ok for your clothes to get dirty. If you wore your school uniform when you are playing rugby

it could fall apart and get very dirty. You may not have enough dry school clothes if your uniform is in the wash. Wearing mufti clothes is the best option.

If you are painting your artwork you can wear your mufti clothes. If you wear your school uniform and paint goes on your uniform it is very hard to get it off. If you wore your mufti clothes and did painting it wouldn’t be a problem as you have plenty of mufti clothes at home.

In winter time I find my school uniform doesn’t keep me warm. You get cold feet and hands. When  you  wear your mufti clothes it makes you warm. If you cook / bake food you can wear your mufti clothes. If you cook in your school uniform it may get all dirty. Wearing mufti clothes allows you to make a mess without worrying about them.

I like wearing my mufti clothes because it make me feel warm. If you wear you mufti clothes and it make you look better with your mufti clothes.

I think you people like wearing mufti clothes.

In this argument I have only told you  a few reasons why we should wear mufti clothes. Such as it keeps you warm when you paint, you don’t get you’re uniform dirty and you can play sports.

Room 5's Favourite Sports By Sant Tat and John

Me and my buddy San Tat asked room 5 what their favourite sport was, the most popular sport was soccer. I think that soccer was most popular because it is a fun sport and isn't a rough sport like rugby. The least favourite sport was a tie between rugby, cricket and AFL. I think that those are the least favourite chosen sports because we don't usually play those sports at school.

San Tat's virtual trip to the landforms

This is me on a mountain landform. I fly like the superman up on the mountain. I like flying like superman becauses I saw a big and tall mountain.

The mountain was next to a really hot mountain, because of this I began to feel hot next to the mountain and then I jumped into a lake to cool down.

This is my landform on plateau where I jumped into the water.

I like to jump into the water because it fun and cool. The water was warm like at the swimming pool. When I jumped into the water and then I hit my head on the rock bued.

This is my waterfall landform, I did backflip when I went down waterfall. When I did backflip the wind made me feel cold. The water was very, very scary. I like to backflip at waterfall it was really cool.

I like this picture because it cool and scary. When I did backflip at waterfall and the water was warm lie the swimming pool.

When I did a backflip my friends Oh S’mar and Patrick did a backflip after me. When Ohsm Mar and patrick did a backflip and there shoes came off and it was really funny!

yes because I took a long time to finish my art and when I painting inside the grid.  

2. What did you find easy when you created your painting?

I found it easy when I was painting the art shape.

3. What part did you find tricky when you were creating your painting? -think about painting, ruling up the grid, measuring, using the co-ordinates, etc.

I found it tricky when I was painting within  my shapes.

4. Who / What helped you when you were painting?

Miss Paton helped me when I was painting and grid.

5. What would you do differently next time? Think about: colours, painting, ruling up, etc.

I would choose a different colour next time. I would choose orange

6. What frustrated you when you created your painting?

I found it frustrating when I was drew the grid and painted inside the grid.

I could change one of my pictures. The picture with red face and red background could change so that there is a contrasting colour.

Reflecting on my Andy Warhol themed portrait

1. Are you pleased with your Andy Warhol themed portrait? why / why not?

Yes I am pleased with my art because I did not smudge it.

2. What did you find easy when you created your portrait?

The thing that I found easy was tracing over my face.

3. What part did you find tricky when you were creating your portrait? -think about tracing round your face, outlining your face using a black marker pen, dabbing areas using the dye, dying the background.

I find it tricky to colour my face and my background.

4. Who / What helped you when you were creating your portrait?

The examples that Miss Paton told us and Miss Paton helped me.

5. What would you do differently next time? Think about: tracing around your face, features on your face, dabbing the dye colours, colour choice, photograph, time management skills.

I would try doing my background and my face a different colour.

6. What frustrated you when you created your Andy Warhol themed art work?

I found colouring my background frustrating.

My Tapa Instructions By San Tat

My Tapa.
I needed a ruler to do my Tapa. First I ruled the grid. I drew patterns in my Tapa. then I went over the patterns with vivid. When I finished the vivid I put brown dye over my Tapa. I
also put the bleach over where I wanted it to be white.First I drew the pattern with a pencil then with black vivid.Next I scrunched up my paper before dyeing it brown.I am happy when I look at my tapa.I liked using the ruler the best.

Yes I am pleased with my painting because it looks cool.
Blue is my favourite colour.

I found it easy to choose the colour blue.

I found it tricky to draw the circles.

I would do a big one next time because I really liked painting that one.
