Challenge 2: Crack the Code

After the Sandpit Challenge, Teams Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta had to Crack the Code to find out whether our friend Toddy went missing. The teams were timed and the fastest team who cracked the code got a prize. Let's check out how the teams got along.

Our Special Effects for the Production

This term we are having so much fun with our green screen that we thought we would use it for our segment in the school production. Our segment is called: Night Flight to Venus and we are dancing to a song with the same name. Check out our special effects, that will be played on the big screen as we are dancing on the stage.

My thoughts on the Production By Mary

Yesterday we practised our production on the planet Venus and it was fun.When Miss Paton took our photo it was on the screen. I was on the screen. When it was finished Fine said we hope you enjoyed our night flight to Venus. Then the audience clapped for us. Then we got off the stage and I felt happy.

Didn't they do well!!!

Didn't they do well!!! Our presenters Caitlin and Patrick who are in Year 2 representing our school Panmure Bridge up on stage introducing our music video. They spoke clearly, with expression, gave eye contact and smiled. Not a very easy job talking to large audiences, but they were absolute professionals. Congratulations, Caitlin and Patrick. You made your school proud, your teacher proud and I'm sure you will make your parents very proud of you tonight.

Flying from the Sun to the Stars Music Video

Are you ready to travel through the Solar System? and fly to the planets Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. You will also visit the sun along the way.

This year we have been focusing on "What's Out There?" and have chosen the theme space for our film festival segment and also for our school production. Each class has learnt about one planet in the solar system and have made costumes to go with their planet. In this music video you will see the junior and senior school representing their planet. Patrick's cooking Chocolate Crackles

Patrick took an active role in making Chocolate Crackles. He got to stir the ingredients together and he enjoyed eating them. We used: Rice Bubbles, Kremelta, Coconut, Icing Sugar and Cocoa.
