Our Picnic at Long Bay
On Friday February 19th, the whole school had their annual picnic. This year the picnic was at Long Bay. It was a fine sunny day and there was lots to do. We had a swim / paddle in the sea, a picnic lunch and a play in the play ground. We were very lucky to have lots of parent helpers come along to our picnic. A great day had by all. Setting the purpose
Today we looked at the question: Why do you come to school? We wanted to find out the reasons why, as this created a purpose in coming to school. A new year, a new class
Welcome to the new Room 3. Today we started back at school for 2010. It was an exciting day for learning about each other. This year Room 3, is made up of 21 Year 2 children. The children are happy to be back and are looking forward to learning lots in literacy and in e-learning. During this term you will get to know our Podcast Artists and see / hear their amazing work. 2010, marks a new school uniform-new plaid clots for the girls and grey cargo shorts for the boys. Very smart.
