Yvette had a great time at the Folk Dance Festival. She enjoyed taking dancing to the Bird Dance, Frere Jacques, and the Seven Jumps. Creative Voice celebrates 200 Episodes

Today we are turning 200. Not in years, but in episodes. We have made 200 episodes which include: Voice Threads, Podcasts, Movies, Animoto, Animasher, Xtranormal and Pulp Motion presentations. On February 5th Creative Voice was born and we made our first episode on "Meet the Class". We have definitely come along way since then with our speaking, listening, writing and reading. The creators of this site are now commenting on their own work independently. A fantastic achievement as most of the children are 5 and 6 years old. Some have turned 7 recently.

At the moment we are learning about every day life in East Timor. East Timor is located just above Australia and had the New Zealand peace keepers there a few years ago. It is a poor country and last Friday (September 4) we had a jog a thon to raise money for books in a suitcase appeal. A suitcase of books are sent to East Timor schools.
